The Ann Arbor A's Financial Aid Fund keeps travel baseball accessible for families who would otherwise be priced out of the program. We cover dues, tournament fees, and basic gear on a case-by-case basis.
How to apply
Families can apply at any point in the season. Applications go directly to the board treasurer — not to coaches or team managers — and are kept confidential.
To start an application, email annarboras@gmail.com with your player's name, age group, and a short note about the support you're looking for.
How to contribute
The fund is sustained by donations from current and former A's families, local businesses, and board fundraisers. Contact the board if you'd like to contribute or sponsor a player.
The A's organization has stated publicly that player fees should not be a factor in deciding whether or not to play for the A's.
Financial aid for player fees is granted in 25% of player fee increments. Aid can also be awarded to cover the cost of personal items not included in the player fee — for example, a bat, glove, or cleats.
