Coach Gilbert enters his 5th season with the Ann Arbor A’s, moving up with this group to coach 11U. His focus is on developing advanced-level skills while preserving the family-oriented culture that’s defined the program from the start. Building on the team’s strong athletic foundation, Coach Gilbert emphasizes in-game intelligence, situational awareness, and teamwork — turning talented individual players into a cohesive, competitive unit.
