Coach Joel is beginning his head coaching journey with the A's organization this season. He grew up playing high level competitive hockey and looks to translate the lessons learned from that experience onto the baseball diamond. Coaching focus will be on instilling good habits that provide consistency within our kids' development, both on and off the field. If we can instill good fundamentals mixed with an attention to detail and competitive fire we will be set up for a success that will last well beyond this season.
